Its been 14 years since July came to SF and she has kept herself plenty busy since arriving…a passionate member of the LGBT community and an event promoter on the side, July has always been cosmetically inclined. After spending 11 years as a make up artist for MAC cosmetics, Benefit, Estee Lauder, Chanel & Laura Mercier she decided to try her hands in the world of hair. She purchased a chair, threw it in her basement home salon and started practicing on her closest friends in order to master the perfect fade. Now that she’s done that she is ready to take on the world of barbering, and has joined The Refinery team in order to hone her skills and grow as a stylist
